Ana Bokalič joined Jadek & Pensa in February 2022 and is currently a member of the transaction unit. She previously gained experience at a reputable law firm, where she worked mainly in the areas of commercial and corporate law, and was actively involved in numerous due diligence and M&A transactions. Her past experience includes work at a company involved in construction and real estate law.
