Milčo Balevski
Senior Associate
Milčo Balevski joined Jadek & Pensa in May 2025 as an Associate with several years of experience in commercial law. He began his legal career as a trainee at renowned law firm before joining one of the international advisory firms within the Big Four. There, he advised both domestic and international clients, primarily on commercial and corporate law matters, as well as on M&A transactions. Since May 2025, he has been a member of Jadek & Pensa's Transaction team, advising clients on commercial law matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
