Gregor Kovačič is an attorney and mediator. He is a member of the Dispute Resolution Unit and represents clients in even the most demanding commercial disputes and works in the field of law of obligations, corporate, property, civil and consumer law. In our firm, he is the specialist for public procurements, construction law and labour law. Gregor’s work in the field of construction law involves advising both the customers as well as the contractors, from the contract preparation phase onward to the phase of implementing the construction projects, as well as representing clients in construction disputes. He also has experience with implementing construction projects based on FIDIC contracts; to this end, he has completed additional training and earned the title “FIDIC contract specialist”.
