Due to their permanent implications and often high financial investment, major construction and infrastructure projects are unique operations that require special care as early as the project planning phase.

We have been involved in some of the largest real estate transactions and construction and infrastructure projects in Slovenia, where we advised clients from the earliest stages of project planning, during project implementation and even after completion. Our main focus is on dispute prevention where we have qualified mediators and experienced lawyers. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, we represent our clients effectively before the courts and administrative authorities. We have also been involved in projects where issues arose in relation to spatial planning.

With regard to construction and engineering contracts, we advise both, contracting entities and contractors. We understand that a properly drafted construction contract is not a contract that only takes into account the interests of one party, but requires an understanding of the interests of both parties and a balance between their rights and obligations. With our extensive know-how and experience in this field, which includes excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts, we are able to find the right solutions that will lead to the realization of the client’s interests.
