Ema Pikunič

Ema Pikunič joined Jadek & Pensa Law Office as a Junior Associate in November 2025. During her studies, she gained experience at a major international law firm and several Ljubljana-based law firms, where she primarily worked in the areas of civil, real estate, labour and administrative law. While at university, she was an academic tutor for administrative procedural law. She participated in labour law and administrative law legal clinics, completing the practical part of the administrative law legal clinic at the Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia. She also co-coordinated the administrative law legal clinic and organized numerous seminars and lectures within this framework.
