Provisions regarding commonhold, co-ownership, quasi-real easement, non-possessory lien on movable property, and right of superficies have been altered and amended. The second set of amended regulations reforms the register of non-possessory liens on movable property and seized goods in a modern register that enables the public better access to the register data.
