It contains descriptions of the organization and structure of the court system, the key phases of civil proceedings and arbitration, the process of taking of evidence, the expected duration of the proceedings and its costs. It also presents the options for alternative dispute resolution, especially mediation.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the presentations is identical for every country, which enables a quick, straightforward comparison between different legal systems.
