{"id":14746,"date":"2025-11-07T10:44:40","date_gmt":"2025-11-07T10:44:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jadek-pensa.si\/obisk-studentov-elsa-ljubljana\/"},"modified":"2025-11-07T10:49:01","modified_gmt":"2025-11-07T10:49:01","slug":"obisk-studentov-elsa-ljubljana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jadek-pensa.si\/en\/obisk-studentov-elsa-ljubljana\/","title":{"rendered":"Visit\u00a0by\u00a0ELSA Ljubljana\u00a0students"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We were pleased to host students from the ELSA Ljubljana association, who visited us as part of their project aimed at exploring the work and structure of law firms.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">During their visit, we presented\u00a0to students the practice areas we\u00a0focus on and\u00a0te\u00a0industries we serve, the\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">career opportunities<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0available at our firm,\u00a0how our\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mentorship programme<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">rotation system between practice\u00a0units<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0work \u2014 both designed to help young lawyers gain practical experience across different legal fields and develop a clearer vision for their future careers.\u00a0We also discussed the balance between work and personal life and how to manage stress in the legal profession.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our colleagues\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Janja Zaplotnik<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u017dan\u00a0\u0160porn\u00a0Krajnc<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Iza Sen\u010dar<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Liza Kova\u010d<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u017diga Urankar<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0introduced the firm and shared their perspectives on work, culture, and the opportunities available to young lawyers at\u00a0our firm.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Students raised many interesting questions \u2013 from what a typical day in the life of a lawyer looks like, to how digitalisation is transforming the legal profession, which skills are key to success, and how to balance work and personal life.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The visit concluded with a relaxed discussion and a reception in our\u00a0Konoba\u00a0dining\u00a0space, where we rounded off the day in a pleasant and informal atmosphere.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A big thank you to\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ELSA Ljubljana<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0for the visit and your interest \u2013 we are glad to open our doors to future lawyers, offering a glimpse into the world of business law and our day-to-day practice.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We presented\u00a0the work in or office,\u00a0mentorship programme, rotation system between practice\u00a0units,\u00a0and\u00a0gave students a glimpse into our work&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[40],"tags":[49],"class_list":["post-14746","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-news","tag-law-career"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Visit\u00a0by\u00a0ELSA Ljubljana\u00a0students - Jadek &amp;
