Aida Šabić
Associate
Aida Šabić is an associate who joined Jadek & Pensa at the beginning of 2019. She works in the transaction unit and advises clients primarily in the areas of corporate law, M&A and restructurings. Since joining Jadek & Pensa, she has been involved in cross-border and multidisciplinary projects, where she has gained experience, inter alia, in refinancing and ensuring compliance with local legislation in various areas. She completed part of her studies at Utrecht University, where she further developed her knowledge of European law.
