AEEC Autumn Conference 2018: Distribution networks as key infrastructure for the Energy World of the future
Odvetniška pisarna Jadek & Pensa v sklopu obeleževanja svoje 60. obletnice delovanja skupaj z združenjem Associated European Energy Consultants (AEEC), katerega članica je, organizira mednarodno energetsko konferenco z naslovom "Distribution networks as key infrastructure for the Energy World of the future", ki bo potekala 15. oktobra 2018 v Ljubljani.
AEEC je združenje odvetniških pisarn, ki se ukvarjajo z energetskim pravom oziroma svetujejo strankam, ki so dejavne na področju energetike. V direktoriju Chambers je AEEC prepoznan kot vodilno združenje na področju “Projects & Energy”. Odvetniška pisarna Jadek & Pensa je članica združenja AEEC od leta 2010. Rdeča nit konference v Ljubljani bodo distribucijska omrežja, njihova bodoča vloga v panogi (zlasti v luči tehnoloških sprememb na področju energetike) ter bodoča vloga distributerjev elektrike in plina. Trenutno je kar nekaj pravnih/regulatornih tem, ki so za distributerje in upravljavce distribucijskih omrežij zelo aktualne tudi na ravni EU. Uvodnih nekaj prispevkov se bo dotikalo nove zasnove energetskega trga in njenega pomena za distribucijo ter vpliva tehnoloških sprememb in vloge distribucijskih operaterjev v prihodnosti (ločeno za plin in elektriko). Med bolj specifičnimi temami, ki so trenutno aktualne na področju distribucije, pa smo izbrali tri, in sicer: regulacija omrežnine v Evropi, e-mobilnost in varstvo osebnih podatkov. Gre za področja, ki jih je tudi ACER identificiral med najbolj aktualnimi na področju distribucije. E-mobilnost in varstvo osebnih podatkov bosta obravnavani v okviru okrogle mize, na katero smo poleg gostov iz tujine povabili tudi ugledne predstavnike slovenskih energetskih družb.
